You will be competing against incredibly talented applicants.
Not only will they have great jobs, letters of reference, scores and extra curricular activities, but they will also have spent many hours thinking about their applications even before writing.
Every year, I see candidates who try to pull off a rush job, and in doing so, they underestimate with whom they are competing.
Some of your competitors will have played professional sports, will have written books, and will have sold million dollar companies.
They aren’t the type of people to leave their applications to the last minute.
